Easy to Cook - 3 Steps:
1. Make a paste of curd and Suhana Lucknowi Biryani Paste. Marinate chicken with this paste for around 30 minutes and keep it aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil, add marinated chicken and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Add water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on medium low flame or till the chicken is cooked with little gravy left in it.
3. Place the chicken in a heavy bottomed casserole or pan and cover it with rice. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Garnish with fried onion, mix well and serve hot with raita.
Chef's Tip: You can also use your choice of vegetables instead of chicken for making Veg Bombay Biryani.
Other Instructions:
- Keep in cool, dry place, away from sunlight for longer shelf life
- Refrigerate after opening for better shelf life
- Once opened, consume within 2 months.
