Rasam is a south Indian, "must in meal" preparation. A light, less spicy, tamarind/dhall preparation is rasam. This is to be served along with steamed rice.
Aachi's Rasam Powder contains your favorite organic spices like coriander, red chili, black pepper, cumin, fenugreek, salt, jaggery, and nutmeg. You can enjoy rasam as soup or with hot white rice. Rasam is something that gives instant relief to the cough.

How to Use
Mix and Eat Pepper Rasam paste. 1-minute preparations.
Cooking Directions: Mix 3 teaspoons of Aachi Pepper Rasam Paste with 200ml hot water. Mix well and serve with cooked rice.
