IB Potjielos is a blend of Salt, Spices, Herbs and Citric Acid. Potjiekos literally translates to food made in a small pot prepared outdoors. Traditionally the recipe includes meat and vegetables with distinctive spices cooked slowly in a cast iron pot. This potjiekos spice blend is excellent for lamb, poultry, seafood and game meat.
