A spicy, tangy and hot appetizer made from garlic rasam paste, tamarind, black pepper and lentils. The South Indian dish is a must in every meal, and rightly so for the distinct flavours it brings to the table. Keep alive the traditional flavours with garlic rasam paste with the real garlic.
Ingredients
Garlic pieces, Chilli Powder, Spice mixes.
How to Use
- In a vessel add some water, add the required quantity of Aachi Garlic Rasam paste, stir well to remove the lumps if any, let this mixture boil well, check for salt and make adjustments.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if you have.
- Add mashed dal water if you wish(optional)
- You can also add precooked small chunks of fresh tomatoes before adding the paste if you have them though not necessary.
