Ingredients
100g organic turmeric powder, raw - not heated above 40°C.
Instructions
1/2 teaspoon, twice a day. Take it with a glass of warm water, milk or the simple bio booster recommended below:
1 or ½ tsp organic ghee 1 or ½ glass warm org. milk (almond or soy milk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar.
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight.
